Happy Tails Training Center is led by Tracy Harper, an animal scientist and professional dog trainer with advanced education in animal behavior. Along with her team of certified instructors, Tracy brings decades of combined experience in family dog training, competition obedience, and therapy dog preparation.
In 2024, Happy Tails expanded into a 4,000 sq. ft. training facility in West Salem. The new space allows us to offer larger group classes, specialized programs, and new enrichment activities. Our focus is on safe, science-based methods that work for real families, competitive handlers, and therapy teams.
